- 1.5 kg Brown SUgar
- 10 single English Tea Bags
- 2.5 kg Granny Smith Apples
- 7 L Water
- 30 g Yeast

Instructions
- Add everything into the sterilized bucket except for the yeast. Throw the yeast on top of the mixture and close the bucket for about 7 minutes so the yeast can activate. Remove the lid and mix slightly using a CLEAN wooden spoon. Leave for seven days in a cool dark room. Strain, pour into glass bottles and leave in the fridge, no longer than two weeks.
